LOUISA DRAKE METHOD RETREAT 2025 //// CANARY ISLANDSOly’s travel and sport photographs are two distinct but exciting genres of photography: His travel photography focus on capturing the essense of destinations, cultures, and experiences from around the world. It involves photographing landscapres, architecture, people and the unique elements of each location. His sportswear photography is all about capturing dynamic moments for sporting brands. While these two genres differ in subject matter and techniques, both require a keen eye for detail, patience, and the ability to tell compelling visual stories. "Embracing a snowy, cold environment aligns perfectly with the LDM® philosophy of building a body that performs and recovers, acting as a natural metabolic booster that activates 'brown fat' and strengthens the immune system through the intake of crisp, winter air. By integrating contrast therapy—pairing the invigorating 'controlled stress' of acold plungeor snowy hike with the deep, cellular repair of aninfrared saunaandred light therapy—you create a powerful vascular flush that reduces inflammation and optimizes muscle recovery. This 360-degree approach, combined with the precision of LDM® movement, sharpens mental focus and triggers the restorative sleep necessary for total body transformation and hormonal balance."

P A R I S
Oly works internationally across sport, fashion, advertising and travel — shooting for leading industry names while always keeping a second eye open. Some of his strongest work comes from those unplanned moments on location — a side street, a face, a scene that was never part of the brief but worth stopping for anyway.
Club La Santa
Club La Santa is Lanzarote's ultimate sports resort — world-class facilities set against a raw volcanic landscape, where serious athletes and ambitious beginners alike come to train, recover, and do it all again. Three Olympic pools, a full athletics track, open-water swimming, cycling routes that cut through ancient lava fields — this is a place that meets you exactly where you are, and quietly pushes you further.
The pools are already busy and the first fitness classes are well underway. Cyclists are heading out onto the island roads, the gym is filling up and the day is only just getting started. There's something about this place that gets you moving earlier than you planned. High-intensity circuits, yoga, pilates, aqua classes — a programme that covers every discipline, every level, coached by experts.
Club La Santa's architecture reflects its purpose — functional, considered, and built to last. Clean white structures sit low against the Lanzarote skyline, designed to complement rather than compete with the volcanic landscape. Open-air spaces, wide walkways and thoughtful layout make navigating the resort as natural as the terrain around it.
About me / what I bring: I work at the intersection of sport, travel and people — finding the moments that sit just outside the brief but are usually worth more than anything in it. At Club La Santa I was documenting the particular kind of focus that happens when people choose to spend their time doing something physically demanding in one of the most visually extraordinary places on earth. That tension — between effort and landscape, between the human and the elemental.
About me / what I bring: I shoot sport, travel and people, and there's usually a bit of crossover between them. Some of this work is commissioned by retreats, resorts and travel brands, while some of it comes from being in the right place while working on other assignments. My priority is always to deliver what's been asked for, but I also try to stay aware of what's happening around me. Quite often it's those unplanned moments that produce the strongest images.
